We are actively looking to lease luxury condominium is downtown Toronto. We would sign a lease agreement with a landlord for a fixed term and then we then furnish the property to our Better Living Suites 4 Star standard and sub-let the furnished suite to corporate clients. We manage it all from end to end including regular inspections and providing bi-weekly/monthly cleaning. This provides landlords with a steady income stream as we generally renew the leases and your condo is in great condition.
2. Partner With Us - Furnished Condo
Landlords seeking greater returns and willing to take on more risk, we sign a furnished accommodations agreement. The landlords we work with under this agreement furnish their suites to our Better Living Suites 4 Star standard. We then sublet the property to our corporate clients, to travelling executives.
